Coffee, yogurt, and fruit served for breakfast. Outstandingly accommodating staff with good manners. Amazing, magnificent location in Zona Hotelera district next to nature, conveniences, and the center & best parts.

The stay was absolutely really good. I loved the hotel, its well decorated room and very attentive staff. The venue has stunning and excellent location so close to the " rustic nature " of the structure, Tulum Beach, and fabulous restaurants

Our spotless room was comfy, had tons of space. We thoroughly enjoyed that they offered coffee, yogurt and fruit, but we didn't have time and didn't try all of it.

Loved Tulum, the hotel was charming little to all the beach clubs next door. The rooms were good-sized and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location: the property was near fabulous restaurants and beach club and the sea. I tried some drinks at bar Ziggy's, located 10 minutes walk away. The restaurant was relatively close to the hotel...

The room was well decorated and great-sized with a particularly good bathroom and views of ocean. The hotel's location was stunning near everything.

Its location not too far from Galeria la Llorona was marvellous. Moreover, it's close to nature, all clubs and restaurants and shower-sea.

Staff were professional, kind, and helpful. Proximity to ocean and comfortable accommodations were great. Breakfast was tasty. Cabañas held up and maintained beautifully.

The hotel was located in the middle of the city. Besides, it was so close to Mexico, the `` rustic nature '' of the structure, and all clubs and restaurants.

The room was well decorated and also had walk-in showers. It included a safe box and a sitting area, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Rustic beach hut accommodation, simple, cheap, clean. No mosquito net but fans keep them at bay. Great breakfast, lovely staff. Good showers with warm water.

I got a well decorated and spotless room with private bathroom. The hotel was not far from all the beach clubs next door and the Tulum beach and the center & best parts of Tulum thanks to its stunning location.

I had the most amazing stay at Chancabanita in Tulum! The location couldn't be better, right in the center and close to all the best parts of Tulum. I loved that I could walk everywhere on Tulum beach, but still enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere at night. The view of the sea from the hotel was breathtaking, and I could literally walk straight out onto the beach from my room. The beds were incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The breakfast, although simple, was just what I needed to start my day. The value for the location and what you get at Chancabanita is unbeatable. The staff were lovely and accommodating, even though I had little Spanish. The WiFi worked well enough for me to make FaceTime calls. I can't recommend this place enough!
